How engagements work
Most server administration engagements start with an inventory and health assessment of your current environment: what's running, how it's patched, how it's backed up, and where the risk is concentrated. From there we propose either a project (e.g. a migration or hardening pass) or ongoing managed support at a cadence that fits your environment.
